         At present, it has formed core competitiveness in the fields of precision machinery, software control, visual imaging detection, vibration and friction application, ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic leak detection, laser welding, high-speed CNC, system integration, single chip microcomputer development and so on.

        After years of accumulation, Yuanwang automation has formed a complete manufacturing capacity of precision machinery and equipment, formed a perfect manufacturing process link, and set up machinery manufacturing department, electrician department, electronics department, welding department, assembly department and quality department.
        At present, it has 20 CNC milling machines, 10 lathes, 4 large gantry milling machines, 10 wire cutting machines, 5 radial drilling machines, 10 ordinary drilling machines, two sawing machines, 25 CNC machining centers, 10 EDM machines, 8 precision grinding machines and 1 precision coordinate boring machine. These manufacturing equipment can quickly meet the company's manufacturing needs.

        The company has a quality department with high authority to strictly detect and monitor the quality of all production links, and has one vote veto on the quality. The quality department has CMM, optical projector, digital height ruler, microscope, electron microscope and other measuring tools. The quality department carries out process inspection and final inspection for all products.
